Reporting infringing content
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material on PropertyHub.ca infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification
If you believe content of yours was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the agent above containing the same identifying information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
