Why a single agent runs this
Most national real estate portals are built by software companies whose business is selling lead packages back to agents. The site optimizes for capturing your contact info because that's the product they're selling — not because the agent on the other end is good at their job.
This site flips that. The agent built the site. Every UX decision, every form, every tool gets made by the person who will personally show up at your viewing. That's why there's no "Talk to Agent" pop-up. No fake response-time promises. No fake reviews. The market is hard enough without dealing with theatre.
About Scott Miralami
Scott Miralami is a licensed Broker at Central Home Realty Inc., Brokerage, a Toronto-based real estate brokerage regulated by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).
He focuses on Toronto-area freehold houses — detached, semi-detached, and freehold townhouses across the central core, midtown, the east end, the west end, and the inner GTA. He represents buyers, sellers, and a small portfolio of investor clients.
Outside of the day-to-day brokerage work, Scott Miralami built PropertyHub.ca from the ground up — the search, the maps, the tooling, all of it — because nothing on the market did Toronto freehold houses the way he wanted them done.
About Central Home Realty Inc., Brokerage
Central Home Realty Inc. is a Toronto-based brokerage focused on residential real estate across the GTA — freeholds, townhouses, condos, and small investment properties. The brokerage operates under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA) and is in good standing with RECO.
The brokerage's role here is as Scott Miralami's broker of record: every trade, every signed agreement, every commission flows through Central Home. That's the legal structure required for a registered Realtor in Ontario.
What we don't do
To be explicit about what PropertyHub.ca isn't:
- We don't sell your contact information to other agents or brokerages.
- We don't show fake "agent online now" widgets or fabricated review counts.
- We don't run "verified agent" sponsorship programs that put paid placements on top of organic listings.
- We don't auto-route viewing requests to whoever has capacity that hour — Scott Miralami responds directly.
- We don't have a chat-bubble overlay or "47-min avg reply" promise. Scott Miralami replies as fast as he can — usually same day — and we'd rather under-promise than fake it.
